Structural availability

The home of our institution is located on Jakuba Goyki 3 Street in Sopot. The facility is equipped with a lift and toilets accessible for people with disabilities. Near the building, parking places for people with disabilities are also available.

Website availability

The website is partially aligned with the 4 April 2019 act about the digital availability of websites and mobile apps of the public bodies. Contradictions and exemption that appear, are explained below:

  • Documents available on the website in the PDF format are not fully accessible digitally as they were prepared before the act of digital availability came into effect, or they were prepared by an external company.
  • Some films do not have the option of subtitles for the heard of hearing as they were prepared before the act of digital availability came into effect.
  • On the website there are graphics with text that were necessary to present the content in a correct way, however they are not always available in an alternative form.

On the website, the standard hot keys of the browsers are available, including:

  • Navigation: TAB button, the arrows button and ENTER button.
  • Enlarging of the text: CTRL and “+” or “-“ buttons, and the “0” button to reset.

Facilitations for people with disabilities

The website offers additional functions that make using it easier, such as:

  • contrastive version,
  • the possibility of changing the size of the font,
  • highlighting the links,
  • backlighting the links,
  • changing the colour of the page and the text,
  • the possibility of turning off the styles of the font,
  • alternative descriptions for illustrations.

Feedback and contact information

If you come across any difficulty with the accessibility of the website, we ask you to contact us. The person responsible is Joanna Fryda, e-mail: biuro@goyki3.pl.

You can also file an application to share information that are not public or requesting the access through the same contact line.

Alternatively, you can call us on the number: +48 726 890 224.

Every user has the right to request the admission of digital availability of the website, mobile app or an element of such. Everyone has also the right to ask us to share the information in an alternative way, e.g. through readings of unavailable digitally documents or describing the content of a film without audio description.

The request should include contact information of the requesting person and information on which website or mobile app is needed. In the case of requesting alternative way of accessibility, the preferred method of getting the information is required.

The public body is obliged to answer the request in seven working days. If the date cannot be achieved, the institution will inform of a new date, but the waiting time cannot be over than 2 months. In the case of being unable to provide the digital accessibility, the public body can offer an alternative way of access to the information.

If the institution refuses to finalize the request, a complaint about the lack of digital availability of a website or mobile app can be filed. After that procedure is ended, there is a possibility of turning this case to the ombudsman.
